Вимоги
- Work experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, etc.
- Experience successfully bringing products/projects from the concept stage (R&D, search for technological solutions) to the final solution
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience working with Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies
- Ability to gather, analyze, and format technical requirements. Skills in creating and updating project documentation (BRD, SRS, task trackers).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Notion, or similar) and diagramming tools (Miro, Visio, etc.).
- Willingness to work in highly uncertain environments (dynamic requirements) and the ability to quickly resolve roadblocks

- Project Planning and Strategic Launch
- Identifying technological solutions, directions, and visions for the company’s product development.
- Breaking down the CBDO’s overall goals into specific project milestones, sprints, and tasks.
- Drafting and updating project documentation.
- Estimating timelines, budgets, and necessary resources (team, tools, infrastructure) for implementing solutions.
- Organizing and facilitating development processes (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies)
- Conducting regular project meetings: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Demo
- Overseeing task completion by the development team
- Monitoring project metrics
- Interacting with the CBDO and external/internal stakeholders
- Communicating with external partners, military personnel, or contractors during the requirements gathering, integration, or project delivery phases
- Preparing regular reports on project status, risks, and deviations from schedule or budget
- Identifying project, technical, and business risks at early stages and developing mitigation plans
- Processing change requests from both internal and external development teams: assessing their impact on budget, timelines, and scope of work
- Promptly resolving blockers and conflicts within the development team or between departments
