We are looking for a Product Designer who will shape the user experience in web and mobile products, collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing), and directly influence how customers interact with our services. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centered solutions, as well as maintaining the design system and ensuring brand consistency.

Вимоги
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, efficient workflows) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Attention to detail and organizational skills in creating and maintaining designs
- Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methods
- Understanding of front-end principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript—a plus)
- Ability to prioritize between business needs, UX, and technical implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English

- Design interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Improve conversion rates, user retention, and engagement through design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and highly detailed UI designs to communicate ideas
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure proper implementation
- Maintain and develop the design system, ensuring brand consistency
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices
