We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused AccountManager to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier solutions to clients worldwide.


What Awaits You at BAS-IP?

As an Account Manager, you will ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop annual client work plans following contracts;
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing departments to improve order fulfillment processes;
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and requests, coordinating them with relevant departments;
  • Analyze the market and prepare analytical reports on client activities and sales;
  • Maintain trusting relationships with clients and resolve any problematic situations;
  • Create marketing plans with clients and monitor their execution;
  • Achieve sales targets and increase collaboration volumes.


Our expectations from the candidate:

  • Experience in B2B sales for at least 2+ year;
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written, at least Upper-Intermediate level);
  • Experience in communication and business process management in international sales is an advantage;
  • Higher education in economics or experience in international commerce is a plus;
  • Ability to gather feedback to improve products and services;
  • Experience in managing client support documentation;
  • Skills in working with CRM and ERP systems;
  • Developed interpersonal communication skills, and a client-oriented approach;
  • Ability to plan and organize your work, result-oriented.
