The company is seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring the successful launch and ongoing promotion of our iGaming products.
You’ll work closely with our support, marketing, and development teams to drive client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and provide exceptional service. The main team is based in Warsaw, Poland.
What will you do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino operators, ensuring our games are properly positioned and promoted on their platforms.
- Monitor internal project timelines and keep clients informed about game releasesand updates.
- Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and address performancechallenges.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve client and partner issues effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing and prioritizing client communication.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
- Provide clients with updates on marketing tools and promotional opportunities, such as Freebets and Rain promotions.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide support and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building trust and credibility through clear communication and reliable service delivery.
- Stay informed about iGaming industry trends and provide feedback to the game-development team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to enhance client engagement.
- Participate in event planning and coordination, from pre-event marketing to on-site support.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as Account Manager in iGaming industry.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- A positive and sociable approach to building client relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for expos and events.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Ukrainian,
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to manage each stage effectively.
