Requirements:

Education and Experience:

— Higher education in marketing, HR, PR, or related fields.
— Proven experience in implementing HR branding projects (3-5 years).

Skills and Competencies:

— Ability to develop and implement internal and external branding initiatives.
— Skills in creating inspiring content and working with analytics.
— Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Soft Skills:

— High proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
— Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
— Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

HR Brand Strategy Execution:

— Implementation of the HR brand strategy covering internal and external branding.
— Rapid launch of initiatives (MVP approach) with a focus on measurable results.

Employer Branding:

— Creating content that inspires candidates to choose the company.
— Enhancing employer brand recognition through social media, career pages, and review platforms.
— Organizing employee brand ambassador programs.

Internal Branding and Communications:

— Building and promoting a strong corporate culture.
— Implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement.
— Leading internal communications in collaboration with the internal communications manager.
— Ensuring transparent and inspiring information exchange between leadership and teams.

Event Management Oversight:

— Coordinating events to strengthen internal and external branding.
— Overseeing the work of the event manager.
— Assessing the effectiveness of events.

Result-Oriented Approach

— Achieving measurable results: increased engagement, improved feedback, and higher application rates.
— Rapid testing of hypotheses and launching effective projects.

Collaboration Across Teams:

— Working with marketing, PR, the event manager, and internal communications to implement comprehensive initiatives.
— Ensuring synergy between external and internal branding.

Analytics and Reporting:

— Analyzing the effectiveness of all initiatives and their impact on the brand.
— Regular reporting on key metrics: engagement, brand recognition, and candidate applications.
