Our client is building the next generation of decentralized banking infrastructure — a hybrid self-custody + fiat ecosystem with cards, accounts, swaps, and yield products on top of crypto rails. They are at the core of fintech innovation, creating a decentralized financial ecosystem that merges traditional banking with blockchain and AI. Their mission is to make wealth accessible to all through products like hybrid card-crypto wallets, used by 70,000+ paying clients across 40+ countries. The team is worldwide, working remotely from over 20 countries, with operations based in Dubai. They are looking for a Business Analyst to connect product vision, financial architecture, and operational execution — and turn complex financial flows into elegant user journeys.

Our client believes a Business Analyst is not just documenting requirements — you are the translator between business logic, product strategy, compliance, and technology. You understand how money moves end-to-end, how regulation shapes architecture, and how UX must reflect real economic value. You are curious, structured, proactive, and able to own processes from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Map and document business processes
• Build requirements artefacts for product and engineering teams
• Translate regulatory/operational constraints into product requirements
• Analyse payment service partner architecture (BaaS, CaaS, KYC/KYT providers)
• Support prioritization together with CPO and Product Owners
• Build “as-is / to-be” process diagrams and service interaction models
• Gather stakeholder input (product, tech, ops, compliance) and convert into deliverables

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech, banking, PSP, or card issuing
• Completed higher education in a technical specialty, with proven ability to quickly master new material, describe complex technical processes, and effectively find suitable solutions
• Understanding of card issuing, processing, and funds flows
• Experience with payment flows: Cards / SEPA / ACH / FPS / on-chain
• Ability to build structured documentation (BPMN / PlantUML / flowcharts)
• Experience writing BRD/PRD and operational process documents
• Ability to work cross-functionally (Product + Compliance + Tech + Ops)
• English fluency (written & spoken); Ukrainian is a big plus

Nice to have:

• Experience with crypto/DeFi or hybrid custody models
• Exposure to EMI or MiCA regulatory environments
• Understanding of KYT/transaction monitoring logic
• Knowledge of DeFi-styled lending/earn mechanics
