Now we are looking for Business Operations Analyst.
We are looking for Business Operations Analyst in Talent Acquisition domain. People are the main asset of the product IT company. Therefore, we take recruitment seriously:
— Talent Acquisition is the main organizational goal of the next 4 years — when we hire 500 of the most talented people in Ukraine, we will inevitably become the most successful IT company in Eastern Europe;
— Every C-level manager spends 30% of their time headhunting and networking;
— We have built an unmatched recruitment operations analytics in Ukrainian market, which surpasses key business analytics of some of our peers;
— Ex-employees of Ukraine’s top-tier investment firms manage our talent acquisition initiatives.
— Genuinely enjoy playing around with data, have a numbers-driven mindset with strong strategic thinking ability and logical thinking;
— Experience with BI systems (Google DataStudio, PowerBI, Tableau), SQL knowledge and proficiency in Excel are a plus;
— Are a self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results with limited supervision;
— Combine a day by day and tactic management with a strategic and long-term view;
— Have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders;
— Possess team spirit, learning ability, strong curiosity. Able to learn actively, highly self-driven, and result-oriented spirit.
During the first three months you will:
— Relaunch our employee referral program and take ownership over its performance;
— Assume ownership over recruitment operations analytics and provide regular reports to the key stakeholders;
— Take responsibility for the underlying data quality and implement data entry processes and best practices;
— Build up new BI reports, providing foundation for data-driven decision-making in recruitment operations.
During the next six months you will:
— Become the product owner of our employee referral program and increase its KPIs;
— Come up with and conduct tests aimed at increasing the outcomes of our recruitment operations;
— Fully own analytical and reporting part of recruitment operations;
— Execute zero-to-one projects, augmenting our day-to-day talent acquisition activities;
— Contribute to the development of talent acquisition playbook.
During the next six months you will:
— Be promoted to Business Operations Manager role;
— Expand the talent acquisition operations team and acquire hiring manager experience;
— Transfer the abovementioned tasks to the new hire and excel in people management;
— Become one of the key stakeholders in talent acquisition department;
— Contribute to the development of SocialTech’s employer brand;
— Take ownership over inboud hiring channel and develop digital marketing expertise.
In only 15 months you will be a well-developed W-shaped manager, proficient in operations and analytics, with strong knowledge in recruitment, marketing and product management. After your tenure as Business Operations Analyst and Manager you will be eligible to become Head of Operations at one of SocialTech’s ventures.
