Your main tasks:

– Lead and mentor the Creative Production team, including Creative Marketing Managers, UGC Sourcing Specialists, and Motion Designers

– Build an environment that maximizes team efficiency, creativity, and continuous learning

– Analyze creative performance and share insights across the team

– Create high-quality briefs and contribute to concept ideation

– Maintain proactive client communication throughout all stages of production, ensuring smooth updates and timely feedback collection
