TeamDev is a product company with over 20 years of experience in creating our own products. One of the main directions is JxBrowserand DotNetBrowser. Our products are used by more than one and a half thousand companies worldwide, including Google, Mastercard, Intel, BMW, Bosch, Pfizer.
Quality customer support is one of the most important tasks. We are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist who can strengthen our team.
What will you do on this project?
- Work with the existing customer base: processing incoming requests, accompanying clients from the first contact to signing the contract, assistance in resolving requests.
- Conduct presentations and client interviews to increase sales and familiarize existing customers with new functionality.
- Communicate regularly with the technical team of the product.
- Interact with the legal department to prepare contracts and send them to the client.
- Issue invoices, track their payment.
Knowledge and skills required
- Advanced English level both spoken and writing.
- 2+ years of experience in IT as Sales/Customer Care/Support Specialist.
- Good communication skills, mastery of the business correspondence etiquette, customer focus.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, perseverance.
Would be a plus
- Experience in B2B support or a product company.
- Curiosity, interest in new technologies, and the world of IT.
- Experience in communication with the technical team and lawyers.
