– Manage an existing team of qualified Customer Experience Advocates.
– Promote personal feedback and growth.
– Take part in onboarding of new team members.

– Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the team.
– Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they’re realizing the full potential.
– 2+ years experience in managing a team of at least 5 members.
– Advanced/Fluent English.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.
– Superb written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to take initiative and adapt.
