About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Managerto manage and grow relationships with our existing customers. This role is critical to reducing churn, identifying and resolving issues, and driving expansion revenue through proactive follow-up and clear, professional communication.

You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring they are successful, supported, and fully utilizing our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular follow-up outreach with existing customers via calls, email, and messaging
  • Proactively identify customer concerns or risks and drive resolution
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in excellent spoken and written English
  • Coordinate with support, product, and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor customer health indicators and take action to reduce churn
  • Educate customers on platform features, workflows, and best practices
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and add-ons based on customer needs
  • Confirm customer satisfaction after issue resolution and key milestones
  • Document all customer interactions and outcomes in CRM and support tools

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
  • Excellent spoken and written English (required)
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare tech, EMR, or B2B software strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with outbound customer outreach and follow-ups
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Confidence discussing renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with US-based customers
  • Familiarity with healthcare providers (PT, OT, SLP, clinics, practices)
  • Experience managing churn, renewals, or expansion revenue
