Heartpace is an ambitious Swedish product company, which develops and provides software as a service (SAAS) for performance management, evaluation and pay surveys. Heartpace has been developed by experienced HR consultants with long-term know-how in dealing with HR issues.

 

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support via emails, live chats, conference calls
• Educating clients on the product
• Collecting feedback and requirements from clients
• Manual testing of updates and bug fixes
• Close cooperation with sales, development and QA teams

Required skills:

• Advanced English level is a MUST! (certificates are welcome)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position in B2B
• Experience in troubleshooting and logs reading
• Experience of work with any support tool ( Intercom, Zendesk, etc)
• Experience of work with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies
• Knowing QA basics
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to cope with stressful situations
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
• Attentive to details, proactive, positive, organized, responsible

As a plus:

• QA courses
• Computer science or English philology education
• HR background
