Goal of the role:

The role will be responsible for development and implementation of ALL marketing campaigns of the company (paid/non-paid), with main focus on digital channels (email, PPC, social and online media) in order to reach “lead generation” and “brand awareness” KPIs.


Job Duties:

  • Works in close collaboration and contact with Marketing Director in order to implement Annual Marketing Plan according to long-term marketing strategy of the company
  • Develops and implements full cycle of email marketing campaigns based on company goals and market analysis to potential customers
  • Manages company database of potential, existing and former customers, as well as doctors and clinics (partners with work with)
  • Assists in the development and responsible for launch of content campaigns together with content writers
  • Responsible for all company’s social media pages and their proper performance (directly or through SMM Manager)
  • Provides reporting on all marketing campaign activities
  • Manages lead generation campaigns with multiple target audiences and coordinates collaboration with Sales/Business Development teams on proper “leads” conversion
  • Oversees company website, SEO strategy, continuous growth and development of it according to Annual Marketing Plans (developed by Marketing Director)
  • Works in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo or others) in order to ensure proper “Customer Journey” and lead generation through inbound marketing instruments
  • Oversees regular content production (video/photo) and its proper usage at our social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Linkedin)



  • Master or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics or Management
  • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience in a similar roles
  • Proficiency (confident user) with at least one email marketing platform (Mail Chimp, Hubspot, SendPulse, Unisender etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation and overall understanding how it works
  • Experience in creating “Customer Journey” maps and campaigns implementation according to it
  • Deep knowledge of social media and how to grow audience there
  • Solid experience of doing digital marketing at global markets (preferably N.America and Europe)
  • Knowledge of English at advanced level
