Requirements:

— 5+ years of experience in organizing events of various formats and scales
— Deep expertise in budget management, cost optimization and negotiations with contractors
— Strong organizational and project skills with attention to detail
— Experience in logistics — from organizing group transfers to international trips
— Ability to plan several steps ahead, anticipate risks and act effectively in crisis situations
— Autonomy in work, willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for the result
— Excellent communication and presentation skills
— Flexibility and ability to manage several projects simultaneously5+ years of experience in organizing events of various formats and scales

Responsibilities:

— Bring people together through events of various scales — from large external conferences and corporate events to small internal formats: meetups, community meetings, cultural or social activities
— Contribute to the formation and implementation of an overall event strategy that will correspond to the values ​​​​and business goals of the company
— Develop culturally-oriented initiatives in online and offline formats to engage distributed teams and strengthen internal communication
— Manage budgets — plan, track costs and find opportunities for optimization without sacrificing quality
— Build long-term partnerships with vendors, contractors and external partners
— Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that events meet the company’s business priorities and receive proper support
— Monitor trends and explore new formats to bring fresh ideas to the event strategy
— Analyze the results of events, collect feedback and KPIs and use them to continuously improve future initiatives
