We are an ambitious, product-driven team looking for a Senior Frontend React Engineer to play a key role in shaping our frontend architecture, mentoring teammates, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in web applications. You’ll be a cornerstone of our engineering culture, ensuring world-class user experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Frontend Architecture: Define, evolve, and maintain a scalable frontend architecture that balances performance, maintainability, and developer experience.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a technical leader, mentoring mid- and junior-level developers, conducting reviews, and setting high engineering standards.
• Design & Build Advanced UI Components: Translate complex product requirements and designs into elegant, reusable, and performant components.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to align technical direction with business goals.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion clean code, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Innovation & Research: Evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies; bring forward ideas to elevate the product and team efficiency.
• Performance & Accessibility: Ensure applications are highly performant, accessible, and follow best practices for inclusive design.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years in professional frontend development, including 3+ years with React and TypeScript at scale. Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Deep knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems.
  • Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and CSS-in-JS solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques and profiling.
  • UI/UX Sensibility: Strong ability to bridge design and engineering, with a keen eye for detail and user experience.
• Bonus Skills:
  • Expertise in advanced animations.
  • Experience with design systems and UI frameworks (Tailwind, MUI).
  • Experience in mobile or cross-platform development (React Native, Capacitor).
  • Exposure to backend-for-frontend (BFF) patterns.
