UST UA is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in internal HR (People Partner/HR Manager);
• Work experience in the IT-sphere;
• Experience in HR administration according to Ukrainian labor law (will be an advantage);
• Upper-Intermediate English level;
• Soft skills: adaptability, critical thinking, pro-activity, a strong sense of empathy and creativity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the process of an employee lifecycle: facilitate onboarding, finalize adaptation and trial period, conduct performance appraisals and compensation reviews, manage exits, etc.;
• Conduct 1 to 1 meetings;
• Consult management regarding employee relations issues, providing solutions;
• Manage critical communications: identifying employee-related issues, engaging stakeholders, decision making, direct communication with c-level, management and employees;
• Contribute to internal corporate news and other materials;
• HR metrics reporting to HRD, Finance, and Delivery team (performance, attrition, satisfaction);
• Client-facing meetings. Maintain and improve HR processes on the client level;
• Support the company’s culture and atmosphere.
