Requirements:
— Minimum of 2 years of experience in Lead Generation / SDR roles.
— Proficiency with the outsource/outstaff business model.
— English proficiency at B2+ level, capable of effectively expressing thoughts in writing, with or without tools like ChatGPT and Grammarly.
— Strong independent research skills to find and organize relevant information.
— High level of attentiveness and responsibility, able to manage repetitive tasks with an understanding of their significance.
— Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a large amount of information.
— Proficiency in Google Docs, particularly Google Tables.
Responsibilities:
— Identify potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo, etc.
— Research and verify information about decision-makers and obtain direct contacts.
— Communicate with clients via LinkedIn and emails, including follow-ups.
— Transfer warm leads to the sales team.
— Create and maintain a database of leads for email outreach.
-Send customized email messages through email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
