About the company:

We are looking for a qualified Lead Generation Manager who will connect to our project which is related to the generation of leads for the further sale of company services.


Requirements:

    • 2+ years experience in a similar Lead-generation/SDR role;
    • Experience working with LinkedIn and Email outreach;
    • Experience with searching leads based on ICP using Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc;
    • Experience working with Discord;
    • Experience with CRM systems;
    • Experience in creating messaging for outreach campaigns and automating send-outs (email, LinkedIn);
    • Experience in IT is a must-have. Theoretical knowledge of software development technologies;
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, business development, and marketing principles;
    • Ability to analyze and compile ICP and search for leads based on it;
    • Knowledge of English language B1-B2 level;

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in preparing for offline conferences (WebSummit, etc), as well as organizing roadshows through outreach;
  • Understanding of Web3 projects


Work terms:

  • The trial period is 2 months, depending on the candidate’s skills and availability;
  • 8-hour working day;
  • Holidays 24 working days;
  • Paid sick 10 days;
  • 50% coverage for gyms, and conference compensation
