Key responsibilities:

– Conduct ongoingmarket research and monitortrends  in B2C and B2B digital sectors.

– Proactive scouting of M&A opportunities to boost growth and competitive advantage.

– Develop business cases, perform valuations, assess transaction risks.

– Leading end-to-end M&A processes, from target sourcing to post-merger integration.

– Liaise with internal teams and external advisors.

Requirements:

– At least 3 years’ experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.

– Advanced financial modeling and company valuation skills.

– Strong project management and communication abilities.

– Fluent English.
