– Management of the marketing team, contractors, and freelancers;
– Coordinate and/or execute marketing activities to generate inbound inquiries (webinars, ads, ebook promotion, conferences, etc.);
– Enhancement of the website and ensure the growth of the relevant traffic through SEO, PPC, social media, and other channels;
– Conducting webinars and managing the company’s participation in international conferences and expos;
– Development of the content plan and coordination of its execution;
– Coordinate monthly email and LinkedIn newsletters;
– Work with relevant listings (like Clutch) and industry organizations to make sure Mindy Support is included in the relevant reports / awards lists;
– Make sure the development of the company’s LinkedIn profile and growth of the relevant followers;
– Work with CRM system (HubSpot) and ensure all inbound inquiries are handled correctly;
– Preparation of the relevant marketing reports;
– Close collaboration with the sales team to make sure the teams are aligned.

– 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, and 1+ year in a Managerial role;
– Experience working with USA and European Markets (B2B) in a service company;
– Proficiency in English is not lower than Upper Intermediate;
– Solid understanding of marketing channels and inbound marketing principles;
– Hands-on experience with content preparation, webinar / ebook promotion;
– Knowledge and hands-on experience with LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, email marketing tools, CRM system will be a benefit;
– Experience in preparation for participation in international conferences / exhibitions will be a benefit;
– Analytical and problem-solving skills;
– Project management skills;
– Strong communication and organizational skills;
– Experience managing budgets and campaigns.
