Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Media Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience managing paid traffic for dropshipping or eCommerce stores. You’ll be responsible for strategizing, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok to drive conversions, scale revenue, and deliver exceptional ROI for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and winning creatives.
  • Analyze performance data daily and make data-driven decisions to improve KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
  • Test different creatives, audiences, and funnel approaches to find scalable winning combinations.
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to develop high-converting ad assets and landing pages.
  • Report weekly on campaign performance, insights, and strategic adjustments.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform updates to inform campaign strategy.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of media buying experience, with a focus on eCommerce and dropshipping brands.
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data quickly and effectively.
  • Experience managing $10K+ monthly ad spend across platforms.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and funnel builders like Funnelish.
  • Understanding of customer psychology and direct-response copywriting principles.
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating in a fast-paced team environment.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with UGC/ad creatives and creative direction.
  • Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Kalodata, Click Up, Foreplay etc
  • Knowledge of email marketing and CRO fundamentals.
  • Past success scaling ad accounts to $100K+/month in revenue.
