About the company:

The company demch.co specializes in web development services for non-profit organizations. demch.co has been officially operating since 2013, and during this time our clients have become leading public and media organizations of Ukraine, government agencies, and international organizations.

We are looking for a Project Manager with Business Analysis skills — someone who can manage the full project lifecycle while deeply understanding client needs and translating them into clear technical and functional requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects at all stages — from initiation to completion.
• Identify and thoroughly analyze client requirements agree on the Terms of Reference (ToR), organize interviews, and approve layouts.
• Design website structures, prepare ToR, and create project roadmaps.
• Organize and coordinate the work of the project team, including designers, developers, QA specialists, etc.
• Build constructive relationships with clients through regular communication and progress reporting at all stages of execution.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in project management and/or business analysis.
• Experience in project planning from scratch, setting tasks, monitoring progress, and managing teams.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• Understanding of UX principles, structure design, and the website development process.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to structure and prioritize tasks, and make independent decisions.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• English at B1+ level and native-level Ukrainian.
• Experience writing ToR.
• Experience working with WordPress / background in WordPress development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Education in project management and business analysis.
• Experience with tools such as Worksection, Figma, Webflow, Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of the specifics of the nonprofit sector (NGOs, government).
• Knowledge of SEO principles, digital marketing strategies, and database basics.
• Experience in volunteering or participation in public organizations.
