Our cameras combine high-resolution video surveillance with an unprecedented level of privacy. They are equipped with built-in AI recognizing various objects, including people, vehicles, and pets.

We are looking for a new player to join our video team and contribute to developing these products with us.

Required skills for project manager:

• Experience from 3 years of project management in the field of IT as a technical PM;
• Leadership, pro activity and a high level of self-organization;
• Analytical, systematic and critical thinking;
• Experience in integration projects;
• Hands-on experience with cross-team release process;
• Knowledge and experience of using flexible development methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), ability to adapt them to the needs of the project;
• Knowledge of the principles of classical project management;
• High communication skills: the ability to find compromises with stakeholders, obtain and clarify all necessary information;
• Ability to quickly solve problems, make decisions and take responsibility;
• Ability to work with a team, regardless of the mood of your or your team, to lead, coordinate and motivate;
• English — Upper Intermediate and higher.

What can be a plus:

• Experience in projects with stable releases and real users;
• Experience with cross-platform projects, API, embedded, server part;
• Understanding the principles of client — server architecture;
• Experience in creating desktop applications;

Tasks and area of ​​responsibility:

• Integration team management;
• Management of the integration process with partners;
• Completion and development of integration technologies;
• Ensuring the project meets its AI/ML-related objectives and deliverables;
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and researchers, to ensure successful project delivery;
• Overseeing the development of AI/ML models and systems, including data preparation, model training, and deployment;
• Managing the integration of AI/ML technologies with existing systems and infrastructure;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, gather feedback, and ensure that AI/ML solutions meet business needs;
• Ensuring data quality and integrity are maintained throughout the project lifecycle;
• Managing and mitigating risks associated with AI/ML, such as model bias, explainability, and interpretability;
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporating them into the project.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of the release on time, efficiently and effectively;
• Creation of new or adaptation of existing processes of interactions with related systems;
• Negotiating technical issues with developers, analysts and partners;
• Prompt resolution of issues arising in the process of integration, testing with partners;
• Supporting partners during acceptance tests;
• Project change and risk management;
• Estimation of scope of works and planning of release;
• Participation in prioritization and maintenance of backlog relevance;
• Planning and prioritizing release tasks for the team;
• Interaction with the technical leader and the architect at all stages of project development ;
• Interaction with stakeholders and product owner;
• Organization and modification of operational and work processes in the team to optimize the use of resources;
• Resource management of the team (organization and participation in hiring, separation, creating plans for personal development of employees);
• Solve organizational issues to maintain team comfort and focus on results.
