Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring candidates.
  • Sales Hiring Expertise: Focus on recruiting candidates for sales roles with experience in selling complex services or products.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent for sales and other roles in the organization.
  • Interviewing and Assessing: Conduct video interviews, assess candidates’ technical and sales skills, and provide hiring managers (Team Leads) with detailed feedback.
  • Building Relationships: Work closely with hiring managers (Team Leads) to understand team needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Talent Pool Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality sales talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.
  • Reporting: Tracking the pipeline for efficient use of company resources, making weekly/monthly reports

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment, ideally with a focus on sales roles.
  • Proven experience in sales recruitment for positions such as sales executives.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates, particularly in the sales domain.
  • English proficiency at a B2 or C1 level or higher, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international candidates.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for roles in medical tourismor healthcare sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, especially for international recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the medical tourism marketand the cultural nuances associated with hiring across different regions.
