EU4UA.org is a non-for-profit platform that helps Ukrainian refugees to build new life in Europe by matching them with host families who can provide free accommodation and companies that are eager to hire UA job seekers. 

We are now looking for a professional in operations to lead and supervise the Customer Support and Data Moderation team and as well take hands-on tasks alongside with the rest of the team. This role implies ownership of 3 directions: data aggregation, data moderation / processing and customer support.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure communication with users is at highest level (we are using a tool, Crisp, where we gather all sources of contact from users – email, instagram, facebook, telegram)
  • Managing quality stream (we use Airtable to make sure that user data is appropriate and relevant)
  • Management of the team:
    • Hiring, interviews and onboarding (both volunteers and paid employees)
    • Evaluation of the effectiveness
    • Managing shift schedule
    • Team motivation and retention
  • Developing and improving processes, scripts, FAQs 
  • Performing everyday tasks of a team member (replying to messages, gathering and monitoring data, etc.)
  • Ensure efficient communication within operations team and other squads
  • Ownership over KPIs and team efficiency

 

Requirements:

  • Profound people management skills
  • Customer-centric focus
  • Outstanding verbal and writing skills
  • Excellent command of English and Ukrainian
