About the company:
We are looking for an experienced Outreach Specialist (SDR) to strengthen the Lead generation department who will be working closely and reporting to the Head of Lead Generation. The main tasks are manual written communication with prospects (Email, Linkedin and other channels), moving the leads through the sales funnel, closing/converting warm replies to the intro calls, handling the appointments and CRM (Hubspot). Manually research and warm up / reconnect with the leads already existing in the CRM system.
Please note this position presumes personalized manual communication without the need of setting up automated campaigns.
Target Market: US/Canada, Europe, DACH and Scandinavian countries, Asia and Middle East
Target Industry: fintech, healthcare, real estate, marketplaces, crypto, web3
Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate English is a must (written)
- from 1Y of experience in pre-sales, SDR or outreach specialist positions
- Ability to maintain good sales written communication to convert warm replies to the intro calls
- Ability to handle communication from multiple mailboxes and social media accounts on a daily basis (from 10+)
- Out of the box thinking (Not just working by templates or generic patterns, but being able to analyze prospects data, search for signals / newsbreaks to write personalized and converting emails and messages).
- Understanding of IT technologies, and sales processes
- Team player and a quick learner
- Good performance while working remotely
- Will be a plus: Experience in lead generation on Twitter and Discord
Duties:
- Handling the written communication with potential customers (replied from different outbound channels) to convert warm replies to the intro calls
- Reconnecting with old leads from CRM.
- Arranging intro/demo calls, sending follow ups and notifications before call
- Work with CRM system (we use Hubspot)
- Working with portfolios, presentations
- Writing a good sales copy
