ZTNK – is a rapidly growing IT agency specializing in website, web and mobile app, and e-commerce development for clients based in the USA, Canada, the UK, and Western Europe. We work with small and medium-sized businesses, offering full-cycle services — from research to the launch of the final product. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us organize the team’s work and ensure the successful execution of projects.

The main domains of their systems are: startups, fintech, real estate, marketplaces, cryptocurrency, and NFT.

Responsibilities

• Manage web projects (websites, apps, e-commerce) from initial stages to project delivery to the client.
• Communicate with clients to gather and align project requirements.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Coordinate the work of the team (designers, developers, QA) and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Maintain project documentation, plan deadlines, and manage budgets and resources.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring project KPIs are met.
• Regularly communicate with clients, conduct meetings, and present project results.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Upsell-related features to the client
• Optimize internal processes and improve team efficiency.

We expect from you

• At least 1,5 years of experience in a Project Manager role in IT or web development.
• Ability to manage remote teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
• Experience with project management tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both clients and the team.
• Understanding of web design, UX/UI processes, website development, and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
