What we expect from you:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience as a Web/Mobile/AI Project Manager
• English: Advanced or higher
• Experience in managing outsourced projects
• Working with Jira and other task management systems
• Understanding of PM methodologies
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology
• Understanding of the development process
• Experience of work in a software development company
• Ability to build, manage, and motivate effective software development teams utilizing project management skills and methods
• Ability to identify project risks and opportunities and provide constructive recommendations to the team and to the client
• Understanding of web & mobile applications workflow and database architecture
• Understanding of UI/UX features
• Experience in working with multiple projects at the same time
• Desired: deep technical expertise

What will you do:

• Working with AI agents/LLMs, Web, Mobile apps, and CRMs
• Discovery, creation of specifications (SRS) based on the client’s requirements
• Managing several projects at the same time
• Task management and planning
• Scrum meetings, meetups, calls with teams and clients
• Successfully delivering project sprints in time and on budget, meeting customer expectations
• Managing dev teams and resolving customer issues on time
