About the company:

Bookimed is the #1 medical tourism platform since 2014. Our mission is to make advanced medical solutions accessible to everyone: 1,511 clinics, 58 medical coordinators, 6,356 reviews, and 24/7 support.

We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager who is ready to manage the full sales cycle, achieve KPIs, and earn based on results. Medical education is not required — strong communication skills, sales mindset, and result orientation matter most.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and financial KPIs.
  • Manage the full client journey — from the first inquiry to deal closure.
  • Communicate with clients via chat, phone, and email.
  • Work with a CRM system: process leads and keep client profiles up to date.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and Team Lead to maximize results.


We expect:

  • Proven experience in sales (B2C or B2B).
  • English B2 or higher.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Empathy and the ability to work with different client types, including emotional or challenging ones.
  • Proactivity, strong result orientation, and motivation to grow financially and professionally.
  • Flexibility to contact clients outside standard working hours when needed.


Nice to have:

  • Other languages like Arabic, French, and German.
  • Medical background is not critical.
