We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager who is ready to manage the full sales cycle, achieve KPIs, and earn based on results. Medical education is not required — strong communication skills, sales mindset, and result orientation matter most.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and financial KPIs.
- Manage the full client journey — from the first inquiry to deal closure.
- Communicate with clients via chat, phone, and email.
- Work with a CRM system: process leads and keep client profiles up to date.
- Collaborate closely with the team and Team Lead to maximize results.
We expect:
- Proven experience in sales (B2C or B2B).
- English B2 or higher.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Empathy and the ability to work with different client types, including emotional or challenging ones.
- Proactivity, strong result orientation, and motivation to grow financially and professionally.
- Flexibility to contact clients outside standard working hours when needed.
Nice to have:
- Other languages like Arabic, French, and German.
- Medical background is not critical.
