Our team is searching for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager, who is aimed at conquering new markets in South America/LATAM. The Sales Manager at Hurma System it’s a goal-oriented professional whose job is to understand customer needs and effectively present our product.
Hurma System is a product IT company that develops HR automation, recruiting and goal management systems based on artificial intelligence.
Our goal is to create a unique product that helps companies to grow and be the best for their employees.
In 2020, Hurma raised investment from Pragmatech Ventures to accelerate product development and expansion into new markets.
Hurma System customers get high-tech and comprehensive product with AI, solid security that is widely used by IT companies, government agencies, banks and many other industries.
Now we are looking for a sales manager to help us expand to the South America/LATAM
Our ideal candidate:
— Has at least 2 years of successful experience in digital sales (online product, web services, IT, etc.).
— Has solid knowledge of the Spanish language and ability to close deals with Spanish-speaking clients.
— Understands stages of sales and how to work with each stage.
— Has experience in working with clients in a CRM system.
— Communicates well verbally and in writing.
— Result-oriented and goal-oriented.
— Has experience conducting video presentations.
You will be involved in:
— Work with clients from 16:00 to 00:00 (+1 year for lunch).
— Handling incoming applications from potential customers.
— Work with an existing customer base.
— Work with LATAM market.
— Maintenance of customers in the CRM.
— Conducting product demos for potential customers.
— Closing deals and getting bonuses.
