— Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
— Advanced spoken and written English.
— Experience in selling services to Western markets.
— Self-management skills.
— Be familiar with web and mobile development lifecycle (searching+qualifying+closing stages).
— Experience with Upwork, Jira, CRM (Hubspot), social networks (Linkedin, Twitter, etc.).
— Experience of closing medium and big deals.
— Proactive and always shows strong initiative.
— Knowledge of business correspondence.
— Presentation skills.
— Must have skills and desire to sell. If you could sell us your CV with a cover letter — consider the first stage completed.

— Project Management full cycle: from participation in a presale to successful project release/support stage.
— Management of scope, budgets, timeline of one or several projects.
— Alignment of the processes according to the methodology used.
— Project plan creation (milestones,etc.).
— Impeccable communication with the Clients — managing and meeting their expectations.
— Providing accurate and timely information, data and reports regarding the project status, activities and performance.
— Managing risks and opportunities for team deliveries on time and with good quality.
