Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical or scientific background and a proven track record in sales, for example in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry. This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with exclusive distributors and retail clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential exclusive distributors and retail clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements and manage revenue.
  • Manage and support existing distributor and retail relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide product training and support to distributors and retail clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (D-r) or advanced degree in a related scientific field.
  • Experience in sales, for example in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry or the strong desire to develop as a Sales Professional
  • A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare and beauty market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Deal Maker mentality.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
  • Other languages are an advantage
