We’re seeking an ambitious and communicative Sales Manager to join our growing international sales team. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, as part of our client acquisition division. You’ll focus on identifying new markets, connecting with decision-makers, and driving business growth through strategic outreach and B2B sales efforts. Here are a few things we want to see in our ideal candidate:
- Fluent English: As the primary language for all communication, documentation, and client interaction, proficiency in English is non-negotiable.
- Understanding of B2B Sales: You know how to engage business decision-makers, understand their needs, and present solutions that resonate in a professional setting.
- Experience with International Clients: Previous roles in B2B sales or as an SDR/Lead Gen Manager are highly valued. Customer service experience with foreign clients could also work.
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Processes: A solid grasp of how lead generation, sales development, and digital marketing work together will give you a head start.
- Self-Motivated with Strong Time Management: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing your workload effectively without constant supervision.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Whether it’s writing emails or pitching on a call, you’re clear, persuasive, and confident.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in using Google Workspace, CRM tools, and other sales software. You’re comfortable with online work and learning new tools as needed.
- Collaborative Mindset: You’ll work closely with the CEO during onboarding and later as part of the US-based sales team. Teamwork is crucial to success in this role.
- Resilience Under Pressure: Sales isn’t always smooth sailing—being able to handle rejection and challenges with a positive attitude is key.
It would be a bonus:
- Experience selling digital services in the B2B market, particularly to international clients.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation.
- Previous experience in the marketing industry or working with sales development processes.

What are the responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound leads with the ultimate goal of closing deals. You’ll have the support of a dedicated Sales Assistant to help streamline your tasks. Here’s what your role will entail:
- Handling Inbound Leads: Respond promptly to inquiries from prospects who have shown interest and reached out to us directly.
- Building and Maintaining a Sales Pipeline: Develop a consistent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new opportunities and potential clients.
- Following Up with Warm Leads: Re-engage with prospects from our CRM who have previously shown interest but didn’t convert.
- Generating New Leads: Expand your network through both internal resources and personal efforts, such as attending industry events or leveraging professional platforms.
- Preparing Sales Proposals: Craft tailored proposals that address client needs and effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and finalize agreements to bring new business onboard.
