SysGears is a software development company that specializes in creating custom web and mobile applications for business enterprises all over the world. Founded in 2010, SysGears provides full-cycle development services, starting from research and prototyping, through to design and implementation, testing and optimization, deployment and maintenance.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the sales of recruitment services across the U.S. and European markets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR tech industry, and is confident in building long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
🔹2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related services)
🔹Proven experience selling into international markets (especially the U.S. and Europe)
🔹Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
🔹Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
🔹Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
🔹Sell recruitment services to businesses across the U.S. and Europe
🔹Identify and approach potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
🔹Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
🔹Conduct discovery calls, present service offerings, and close deals
🔹Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure service delivery matches client needs
🔹Provide feedback on market trends and client demands
