Position Summary:

We are seeking an innovative AI Artist to join our creative design team. This role combines
artistic talent with advanced AI tools to generate compelling visuals for games and promotional
marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will leverage generative AI tools like MidJourney,
Leonardo AI, Runway ML, DALL·E, and prompt optimization techniques to create assets
ranging from characters to dynamic environments.

The AI Artist will work closely with illustrators, product designers, and marketing teams to
produce exceptional content efficiently while staying ahead of emerging trends in AI art creation.

Key Responsibilities

● AI-Driven Content Creation:
○ Generate high-quality game art assets (characters, environments, cards, icons)
using AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Runway ML).
○ Create promotional visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners, social
media graphics, and animations.
○ Optimize prompts in tools like ChatGPT to achieve precise and creative
outcomes for AI-generated art.
● Creative Workflow Optimization:
○ Combine and enhance AI outputs with traditional tools (Photoshop, Illustrator,
After Effects) for polished final designs.
○ Develop an efficient workflow for integrating AI tools into the production pipeline.
○ Refine and adapt AI-generated visuals to align with specific style requirements
(semi-realistic, cyberpunk, steampunk, etc.).
● Collaboration and Feedback:
○ Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to align generated
art with project goals.
○ Iterate quickly based on feedback and deliver multiple design variations when
needed.
● Research and Trend Awareness:
○ Stay up to date with advancements in AI art tools and techniques
○ Explore new generative models, workflows, and trends to keep the design team at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

● 3+ years of experience in digital art creation, graphic design, or illustration.
● Strong proficiency in AI tools: MidJourney, Leonardo AI, Runway ML, DALL·E, and
ChatGPT (for prompt optimization).
● Expertise in traditional design tools: Adobe Photoshop (photo retouching and photo
bashing), Illustrator, and Figma.
● Deep understanding of art fundamentals, including anatomy, lighting, color theory,
and composition.
● Proven portfolio showcasing AI-generated and polished final artwork for games or
promotional materials.
● Ability to combine AI outputs with manual refinement for cohesive and polished visuals.
● Understanding of design systems and scalable asset creation for mobile-first
applications.
● Excellent communication skills to justify design decisions and prompt techniques
effectively.

Preferred:

● Experience working in the iGaming industry (poker, casino, betting visuals).
● Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects or Spine.
● Knowledge of thematic art styles
● Understanding of game asset pipelines and optimization for mobile platforms
