Lead Capital Group is a forward-thinking international sales and marketing company based in Cape Town. We specialize in driving targeted leads to our global clients’ online platforms and we ensure these leads convert to sales.

We are looking for a strong SEO Specialist to lead and scale organic growth for CanadianVisa.org, a high-budget international project in the immigration and visa niche.

You will work closely with marketing and IT teams across multiple countries and have full ownership of SEO strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Keyword research and content optimization for high-competition markets
• Work with content, dev, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements
• Monitor performance, rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
• Manage SEO tasks in alignment with a large paid marketing ecosystem

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist on medium or large projects
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and content SEO
• Experience working with high marketing budgets
• Analytical mindset and result-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Conditions & Benefits

• Schedule: Monday—Friday, 09:00–18:00

• Salary: $3,000 USD net (tax covered by the company)
