About the company:

AdFlagger is a performance marketing SaaS that protects brands by removing ads and domains that divert their traffic to competitors.


Requirements:

— Minimum of 4 years experience in social media marketing, with proven success in growing online communities
— Strong understanding of LinkedIn platform and its algorithms
— Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and informative content
— Experience in managing blogs or creating website content
— Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication and content creation
— Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
— Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
— Experience in creating visually appealing and impactful creative content (graphics, images, animations, presentations or short videos)
— Ability to write various types of content, including articles, social media posts, and blog entries

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is a creative, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a solid background in content strategy, social media growth, and digital marketing. Experience in managing LinkedIn profiles for B2B companies is highly desirable, alongside the ability to write compelling blog posts and other types of content that resonate with industry audiences.

Previous experience in SEO content optimization and understanding of content marketing best practices will be a significant advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

— Develop and implement a LinkedIn growth strategy for the company, focusing on audience engagement and lead generation
— Write and publish high-quality blog posts, articles, and social media posts for the company’s website and social platforms
— Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals
— Create visually compelling and engaging creative content (graphics, banners, presentations or videos) for social media, blog use and clients
— Collaborate with the sales team to create diverse content plans that complement larger campaigns
— Engage with followers and foster community growth by responding to comments and messages
— Analyze the performance of LinkedIn posts, articles, and blog entries, providing regular reports on metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and traffic generated
— Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing and LinkedIn best practices
— Conduct competitor analysis to ensure the company remains competitive within its digital space
