And now, we are looking for an experienced Support specialist for our Moderator’s team with the primary goal of supporting and developing high-level support service standards. As a Support Team Lead, you will drive the team continues delivering the best results based on the collected feedback, help us improve our approaches, and influence the product.
About our product: a web platform for people from different countries who want to make friends, meet new people, and communicate safely. The product is already in production and has more than 300,000 users from the US, UK, Canada, and leading European countries.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Build a strong team, help us improve our approaches, and develop new work processes (KPI, OKR, QC)
  • Processing of requests to support all questions
  • Work with billing processes
  • Develop workflows for a support team and help to improve the quality
  • Search for problem areas of both support and product teams and find solutions to them
  • Control of B2B segment operation
  • Work in close collaboration with the product team, including the business development department
  • Participation in business reviews, analysis, and providing user feedback on product improvement
  • Creation of working documentation for the team and the platform users

About you and your skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support and/or project management
  • Good understanding of business problems and finding ways to optimize processes
  • Result-orientation with the understanding of KPI/OKRs and how they fit
  • Strong leadership and management skills, systematic thinking, business orientation
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to teach and motivate the team to achieve better results

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
  • Experience in leading and managing remote teams will be a plus
  • A data-driven mentality will be a plus
