About the company:

Digis is a European company of 200 employees. The company was founded 9 years ago and has managed to grow from a startup into a reliable partner for our clients. We took the best from the product and outsourcing company.

Country and Time Zone: Fully remote, flexible schedule.
Team: 5 Recruiters, 1 Recruitment Team Lead, HRD.
Recruitment Focus: Tech roles of Middle to Senior levels, primarily for international clients in the US and EU.
Project Duration: Long-term cooperation.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (outsourcing/outstaffing companies is a must);
  • Proven experience in international hiring (US, EU markets);
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English — both written and spoken;
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Experience in sourcing and interviewing Middle/Senior-level tech specialists;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High level of responsibility, organization, and ownership.

  1. Intro Interview — 30 min
  2. Soft Skills & Recruitment Strategy Interview with HRD — 1 hr
  3. Final Interview (optional) — 30 min
