We are inviting a skilled Talent Acquisition specialist with strong recruitment experience across I-gaming industry, capable of handling multiple roles, particularly in gambling, betting and tech, and assisting with the onboarding process.

Your tasks:

• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms;
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds;
• Implement and manage effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates; including, but not limited to job sites, online recruiting, social media, etc.;
• Partner with management to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and build pool of viable candidates;
• Manage recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously;
• Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.

Our criteria:

• 2+ Years experience in recruitment, at least 1 year in i-gaming industry;
• Possess strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects;
• Absolute team player — we can only achieve our high ambitions by working together;
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
• Strong level of Ukrainian and English languages.
