Brights is looking for a Talent Sourcer with an understanding of the software development market!
Key Responsibilities:
• Source relevant candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, Upwork, and other job-search platforms;
• Headhunt leading experts;
• Screen CVs and select the most relevant candidates;
• Keep track of sourcing metrics;
• Conduct market analysis;
• Cooperate with a recruiter and HR to understand talent needs.
Requirements:
• 0.5 years experience in a Researcher/Sourcer position in IT Recruiting;
• Experience sourcing candidates for both technical and non-technical positions;
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is a must;
• Ability to work with various job-search platforms;
• Excellent communication and time-management skills;
• Being result-driven and flexible;
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English.
Would be a plus:
• Headhunting experience.
