We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedTalent Success Manager/Resource Manager to join our dynamic team ✨

Strategic planning of resources and project engagement;
Collaborating with core teams (Recruiting, HR, PM) to define and implement strategies that optimize talent utilization;
Actively participating in performance reviews and contributing to decision-making processes regarding employee growth and development;
Involvement in recruitment and strategic planning for future hiring needs;
Supporting employee development through skill enhancement (project allocation, relevant courses, etc.);
Developing and managing the performance review process;
Creating employee roadmaps for career progression.

1+ year of relevant experience in a Talent Success Manager or Resource Manager role;
Solid understanding of the IT outsourcing industry and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle);
Ability to manage priorities and resources independently in a high-volume, client-focused environment;
Strong analytical skills with experience managing complex deployments;
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information;
Proactive and driven to improve processes and outcomes.
