Scalarr is looking for a highly-skilled and innovative recruiter who will execute a talent acquisition strategy meeting the needs of our fast-growing business. You will work across disciplines at varying levels of seniority, focusing largely on roles within Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management. Responsibilities

  • Perform a full-cycle recruiting process and define the best talent profiles according to our business needs.
  • Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify and engage candidates.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
  • Research and gather market intelligence to be able to understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities

Required skills 

  • 2+ years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter in the technical software or hardware fields, with experience in proactive sourcing, making offers and closing international candidate vacancies, and bringing awareness of market trends.
  • Strong recruiting experience of engineering roles, from developer to architect levels. Areas of focus: IoT (Mobile, Edge, Cloud), Big Data (Engineering, Data Visualization, Digital Analytics, Data Science), DevOps, UI/UX Design and Development, Project Management and Quality Assurance, and Cybersecurity.
  • Practical experience working with international candidates in different time zones and cultures.
  • Experience analyzing data and developing and articulating recommendations for actions based on data analysis.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Commitment, team orientation, and genuine interest in different IT fields.
