What you’ll be working on:

• Describing existing and new functionalities.
• Describing the processes implemented in the project.
• Coordinating and adapting documentation with all stakeholders.
• Assisting employees in writing documentation and ensuring its approval.
• Preparing, updating, and enhancing technical documentation and user documentation (both in Ukrainian and English).
• Collaborating with developers, project coordinators, and testers to prepare documentation.
• Working on multiple projects within the technical writing team.

About you:

Must-have skills and experience:

• At least 3 years of experience working with development and product documentation.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Detail-oriented thinking with the ability to understand and describe technical specifications.
• Understanding of product development principles and basics.
• English proficiency at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
