We seek a mature UI/UX designer to join our R&D team at LetyShops — a global cashback platform offering innovative features to help users save more on shopping.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of design experience, covering both mobile apps and web interfaces.
• Full working proficiency in Figma.
• Profound knowledge of UX principles, frameworks, and tools, experience with user interviews, and product discovery.
• Strong UI skills, understanding of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience in managing design systems.
• Product mindset: balancing user value with business objectives.
• Background in e-commerce or related fields is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Portfolio is required.

Responsibilities:

• UI and UX design of LetyShops mobile apps, website, and browser extension.
• Ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
• Participation in product discovery and ideation process.
• Maintenance of the design system.
