Who Are We Looking For?

User Acquisition Manager to lead the growth of our user base through strategic, data-driven advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (primary), with additional work on Google and TikTok. Monitor campaign performance and channel effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate marketing budgets to achieve target ROAS.
  • Data Analysis: Track campaign performance using analytics tools. Make data-driven decisions to optimize user acquisition strategies. Conduct A/B testing for campaigns and ad creatives.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities and improve user engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and content teams to achieve business objectives.
  • User Insights: Leverage user behavior data to refine targeting and positioning strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: 2+ years in user acquisition or performance marketing, focusing on subscription-based mobile and web applications. Proven expertise in driving user acquisition through web-to-app funnels.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing marketing budgets exceeding $100,000 per month.
  • Platforms: Hands-on experience in launching and managing campaigns on Meta (primary), with additional expertise in Google and TikTok platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Amplitude.
  • Creativity: Talent for developing innovative strategies to attract and retain users, generating fresh ideas and hypotheses.
  • English: Intermediate level or +.
