Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with expertise in WordPress (Minimum of 5 years working in a related role).
• A strong working knowledge of the WordPress CMS and its underlying architecture
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Understanding of UX/UI principles to improve website usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to implement custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Convert design files (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) into responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress templates.
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement SEO best practices to ensure web performance and visibility.
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to maintain the integrity of the website.
• Integrate and customize third-party APIs and tools where needed.
• Ensure the websites adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) and deliver a consistent user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to enhance the development process.
