Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be managing a group of 3 talented QA engineers and collaborating closely with the QA-automation team to ensure the quality of our Web-application.

Your impact:

• You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 QA engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• You will oversee daily QA activities, ensuring thorough testing of web application
• You will ensure quality for all releases and manage weekly releases in collaboration with product and development teams.
• You will support and improve efficient and effective testing processes, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• You will provide regular status reports, test results, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• You will promote and maintain a high standard of software quality and ensure all defects are thoroughly tracked and addressed.
• You will take ownership of fostering a collaborative, positive, and productive team culture.

About you:

• At least 5 years in software testing, and at least 1 year of managing experience, providing mentorship and leading testing efforts across multiple platforms
• Strong background in testing web applications.
• Experience with mobile applications.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting for test automation (Java, TypeScript, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RDBMs, MySQL or else.
• Experience with analytics instruments such as Amplitude or similar.
