We’re looking for an AI Marketing Designer who understands internet culture, AI trends, and storytelling, and who can create ad creatives that make people stop scrolling, hold their attention, and drive conversions on paid social channels. This position offers a high level of responsibility, creative freedom, and a fast cycle of experimentation at the #1 product in its niche.

Вимоги
- Experience creating AI-generated content specifically for performance/paid campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Creative storytelling tailored to short attention spans and conversion hooks
- A deep understanding of the mechanics of virality, internet culture, and what makes an ad feel native rather than like an “ad”
- The ability to spot trends early and adapt them into tested ad concepts
- Proficient use of AI tools for generating images and videos
Обов'язки
- Create short- and long-form AI-generated performance creatives (videos and static images) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social channels on topics related to mental health and well-being
- Analyze the effectiveness of creatives and iterate based on data, not assumptions
- Analyze the effectiveness of content and optimize it based on the findings
- Research competitors’ ads, trending ad formats, native/UGC-style creatives, and platform-specific best practices for paid social advertising
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team on briefs, test plans, and iteration cycles
- Continuously experiment with hooks, storytelling formats, editing styles, and ad concepts to combat creative fatigue
- Stay up to date on the latest AI-powered image and video generation tools and use them daily to mass-produce ad variations
