We’re looking for someone who’s interested not just in “managing social media,” but in building an SMM strategy from scratch and seeing how it impacts the actual business—with room for ideas, without unnecessary approvals or micromanagement. All content is in English, with a focus on the U.S. market (B2B).

The platform connects carriers, brokers, and dispatchers with a network of independent warehouses and cross-dock facilities—digitizing bookings, statuses, photo documentation, and payments. We operate on an asset-light model: we don’t build warehouses or buy trucks—we transition the existing flow of orders from phone calls and Excel spreadsheets to a digital platform.
Вимоги
- 3+ years of experience in SMM, preferably in B2B or complex products
- You know how to run ads on Meta, analyze data, and draw conclusions
- You write clearly and concisely—without bureaucratic jargon or corporate slang
- Upper-Intermediate+ English (all content is in English)
- You understand the specifics of the U.S. market: audience, tone of voice, and communication culture

- participating in the creation of photo and video content
- working with AI image and video generators to prepare content for Reels and posts
- Editing videos/Reels using CapCut (trimming, subtitles, transitions, audio, adaptation for social media formats)
- Generating images in Nano Banana—creating visuals based on text descriptions, editing, and styling to match the brand
- Generating videos using Kling based on pre-made templates
- Basic work in Canva and Figma
- Creating simple carousels
- Adapting templates and preparing materials for publication
- Analyzing content performance
- Preparing monthly reports
- Working with key SMM metrics
- Identifying growth opportunities
